Arrival
Information and What To Bring
REGISTRATION:
Your villa will be ready for occupancy after 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
Check-in hours are between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM ONLY. Please arrive at our office
no later than 5:00 PM. We cannot accommodate late arrivals as the owners of our
rental properties do not allow us to leave keys. Be sure to read
our directions page
for travel directions to our office and Ocean Edge.
PARKING:
Parking and check- in for rentals are located at the rear of our building.
Please proceed around the left side of the building to the rear parking lot,
or enter the lot from Thad Ellis Road. We have provided outdoor tables and
chairs for your family to enjoy while one member of your party checks in.
CHECK-IN:
Check- in begins at 3 PM on the day of your arrival and ends at 5PM. If you
arrive in Brewster early there are plenty of fun activities to enjoy until
check- in time. Please drop by the wonderful Brewster Visitor's Center, which
is located at the town hall. The center has a myriad of information and clean,
convenient rest rooms. Keys will be ready at 3PM.
CO–RENTERS
Couples or families who will be sharing the same house but are traveling to the
Cape from different areas should plan to meet at our office and check in
together. If a member of your party will be arriving late, please plan a rendezvous
time and place in advance so you can meet them and escort them to the house. We
cannot “split” a check- in. Keys and maps are given to the individual who arrives first.
LATE ARRIVALS
We are required by our homeowners to obtain your signature before releasing the keys.
Therefore, we cannot leave keys if you arrive after the office closes. Please, please,
plan your travel time to ensure that you arrive by 5PM. We do not have a night staff
nor can we make other arrangements for you to obtain your keys.
BABIES AND TODDLERS
Reserve your cribs, strollers and high chairs early. We do not handle crib rentals but
do recommend you call Kid & Kaboodle at 508-240-0460. Please make all delivery and pick
up arrangements directly with the rental company. Request that they deliver the crib after
you check in and have it picked up before you check out.
TELEPHONES
Each villa has a private telephone. Please bring a calling card to make long distance calls.
You are welcome to bring an answering machine with you if you anticipate the need to receive messages.
To protect your privacy we will not give out your phone number to anyone who calls the office.
Please do not give our office number to friends and family who will be contacting you. They will be
unable to reach you and for your safety we will not give them your phone number.
We recommend that you
wait until you arrive to give out the phone number. You can then ensure that the number is
current and correct as property owners change the telephone numbers in their rental property each year.

*Some rental properties do not provide bed linens. If you are renting at Ocean Edge, bed linens are provided
unless otherwise indicated on your listing sheet. For all other rentals, you must provide bed linens. Bed sizes are listed on your private home data sheet.
