Planning Your Vacation
Please review all the information on this site thoroughly. Be sure to note the occupancy limits. Small children, infants over 12 months and overnight guests must all be counted toward the occupancy. Call or email us if you have any questions. When you have found your great Cape vacation, you can book directly online or call our office at 508-896-2090.
Booking Your Reservation
A 50% deposit and signed rental agreement are required to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. Some properties accept payment by personal check only.
Final Payment
All final payments are due on or before May 1st. Reservations booked after May 1st will require full payment at the time the reservation is made.
Property Damage Protector Insurance
All of our rental properties requires a security deposit to cover damage. Property damage protector insurance will be automatically be added to the rental. Property damage protector insurance costs $50 and will cover any reported accidental loss or damage to the rental property up to a value of $1500.00. Renter may decline to purchase the property damage protector insurance and request a full refund of premium paid by providing to Great Locations a personal check equal to the amount of insurance coverage which is $1500.00. Check will be deposited when received and security deposit will be refunded to the renter minus any damage deductions within 45 days of departure.
Administration Fee
Each reservation will be charged a $75 non-refundable reservation fee.
Returning Your Rental Agreement
Your signed rental agreement must be returned to our office no later than 3 days after you receive it.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons/children per bedroom or sleeping area. Infants and visitors are also included in the occupancy. These limits are set by the town and/or the condominium association. We cannot exceed these limits. This limit is part of your rental agreement and must be observed at all times. Questions concerning occupancy must be discussed in advance.
Check-In
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM only. You must arrive at our office by 5:00 PM as we cannot leave keys.
Adjustments
Late arrivals or early departures will not receive a refund for the missed days. Smoking There is no smoking in any of our rental properties.
Accommodations
The homes and condominiums that we offer for rental are privately owned and reflect the tastes of each owner. Every effort has been made to assure accurate descriptions. Should you arrive for your vacation and find that the rental unit is not what you anticipated, there will be no refund, nor can you be moved since each home is individually owned.
Housekeeping
You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your rental during your stay and for leaving it in good condition. After you check out, the house will be inspected.
Beaches
Brewster has 7 beautiful public beaches. Parking passes can be purchased at town hall. Guests staying in golf course villas do not have access to the private Ocean Edge beach.
Bed Linens
Bed linens are supplied for most condominiums at Ocean Edge Resort. Sheets are NOT provided for other rental properties. Please check the listing on our web site for bed sizes.
Towels
Towels are not supplied for any rental properties. Please bring your own beach and bath towels.
Rentals
If you are unable to bring your own linens, cribs, beach chairs, etc., there are local rental services which operate during the summer. Please check the links on our Cape Cod Attractions page.
Pets
We are sorry but absolutely no pets are allowed.
Outdoor Grilling
Local fire ordinances prohibit grilling on wooden decks and balconies due to fire hazards. Not all homes have outdoor grills; please check the property listing on our website.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, for any reason, all rental monies will be refunded minus a service fee of twenty-five percent of the total rental rate if, and only if, the premises are re-rented for the entire time reserved. The property damage protector insurance and administrative fee are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival or for reservations with payments outstanding. In the event that the property is not re-rented, all rental monies paid will be forfeited. All notices of cancellation must be made in writing.
Features
The following amenities are standard to all homes unless specifically noted in the description: Pillows & Blankets, Coffeemaker, Toaster or Toaster Oven, Dishes/Utensils/Cookware, Dishwasher, Microwave, Iron & Ironing Board, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Furniture, BBQ Grill.
Lost and Found
Great Locations will not be responsible for any items left in a home. We will attempt to locate items reported as left behind and, if found will return them for a fee of $25, plus shipping costs. Items that are found, but not claimed within 10 days, will be donated to a local charity.
RV's
Campers, RV's and mobile units, such as boats, motorcycles, trailers, etc. are not allowed and may not be parked at any of our rental properties. |
