It’s simple…there is something to do for everyone! A summer rental at an activity filled destination can banish boredom for the kids and give you the opportunity to enjoy yourself. If lying by the pool with a good book is all you want to do for the first three days of your vacation, pack your bags for Brewster!

Crowded, noisy and expensive?

Not here! Ocean Edge is a 380-acre, gated resort made up of small villages clustered around the newly-designed Jack Nicklaus golf course. There are three outdoor pools, two toddler pools and an indoor lap pool. In addition there is a tennis complex, two restaurants and a snack bar. Each village has its own personality and style of architecture including townhouses and free standing Cape cottages. To maintain the tranquil Cape Cod setting the villages were created as private cul-de-sacs off the single main road that runs through the property. A paved sidewalk runs along the road making it safe and easy to walk to all the activities or to stroll in the evening. Choose a condo rental close to the pools or select one away from the gathering spots. Mix and mingle or kick back and savor the quiet; it’s up to you.

What can we expect in our Ocean Edge Resort rental?

Conveniences like a washer and dryer, dishwasher, DVD, microwave, multiple TV’s and a clock radio provide a home-away-from-home feel in a spacious environment. The kids can easily get a cold drink or fix their own snacks in the kitchen. Most rentals even have a BBQ grill, which makes staying in something extra special.

For the units where bed linens are included, we even make the beds before you arrive. All of our rentals are professionally cleaned before and after each guest so you know you will arrive to sparkling, well- prepared condo.

It is more than the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, golf and the rest of the recreational facilities that lure you back to Ocean Edge each year. It is the clean, comfortable accommodations, the onsite restaurants, the jogging trail and the driving range, the kids programs and evening entertainment at the Linx Tavern, the bicycle rentals and tennis lessons which all come together to create the Ocean Edge Experience!

Ocean Edge Pool Pass Information (New for 2011)

We want to make you aware of a change at Ocean Edge regarding Guest Fees. There is a new fee schedule that provides Rental Guests use of the Pool, Fitness Areas and Activities.*

Per Day: $10 per Adult   $5 per child (ages 4-15)
Per Week: $40 per Adult   $25 per child (ages 4-15)

*Unlimited daily or weekly access to the Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center and Schedule Activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide provided, inclusive of the Thursday Night Beach Fire.

These fees can be processed at either the Membership Services Desk at the Linx, Fletcher Tennis Shop, or Bay Pines Tennis Shop. Day- Of Pool access can be processed by Credit Card payment only, at the pool entrance.
